3-alarm fire scorches Prospect Park apartment building

A top-floor fire at 75 East 21st St. prompted a response from nearly 140 firefighters Friday night.
It sparked in an apartment around 7:30 p.m. and spread to neighboring units, officials say.
No one was injured.
"I lost everything that I have, but I'm still here," says Sylvia Brown, whose apartment was among those damaged in the blaze.
Neighbors say it's the third fire in the same building in about a year.
