Police search for suspects in W. 33rd St. armed robbery

BROOKLYN -

Police are asking for the public's help finding two men they say are wanted for questioning in an alleged armed robbery in Coney Island last month.

Investigators say the suspects entered 2750 W. 33rd St. on Friday, May 12, around 11 a.m. and approached a 31-year-old man.

They say one of the men showed a firearm and demanded the victim's belongings.

News 12 is told the men left with the victim's cellphone and jewelry. The victim was not injured.

Police describe the two suspects as African-American and approximately 18 to 24 years old.
