Coney Island's historic Cyclone roller coaster celebrated its 90th birthday on Monday.
Valerio Ferrari, president of Luna Park, says it's the pride of the park to still have fans lining up for tickets after all these years.
Ferrari says nearly $5 million has been invested in re-tracking the wooden coaster to ensure it's "smoother and faster than ever."
One of the Cyclone riders, Richard Rodriguez, says he got hooked as a kid. He went on to win a world record after riding the Cyclone for almost 104 straight hours.
Just under 1 million riders have been on the Cyclone since it opened in 1927.
