New York Sen. Chuck Schumer wants federal regulators to look into "snortable chocolate" now that it's available in the U.S.
The senator is asking the FDA to investigate the use of caffeine in products like "Coco Loko".
Marketed as "raw cacao snuff," it promises a "euphoric rush.”
Schumer is worried the product could prove harmful.
