With over 18 burger combinations to choose from, the Bronx Burger House has just what you're looking for.

Located at 5816 Mosholu Ave. in Riverdale, the once vacant building sat empty for about six years until 2011.

"We experimented a lot with the blends of the burger meat, and then we came up with the order we have currently. It was very hard to match the bread with the fries and everything that goes on that one plate," chef Andre El Saieh says.

Co-owner Bill Langdon says pairing the burgers with a great tasting beer is his specialty.

Fred Dilascia, 93, a regular at the Burger House, has some advice for first timers.

"The burgers are so big," he says, "It's unavoidable to be sloppy when you eat them."
