Police are searching for a man they say allegedly raped a teen with autism. 

News 12 is told that the 17-year-old got lost on her way home from school Wednesday after getting off at the wrong bus stop.

Police say the girl was sexually assaulted hours later in a park located in the 78th Precinct.

Police say the victim is in stable condition.
