Police search for suspects involved in Cypress Hills attempted armed robbery

Police are asking for the public's help in finding two men who tried to rob a 30-year-old man early Friday in Cypress Hills.

Officials say the incident happened around 4:30 a.m. at Fulton and Logan streets.

Officials say a gun pulled on the victim was fired.

They say the victim was not hurt and although the suspects demanded property from him, they took off empty-handed.

Police say they got away in a black car driven by a third person.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
