Boogie Down Bites: Brisas del Caribe

A Castle Hill restaurant known for its big portions and affordable prices has been serving up Latin cuisine for more than two decades.
Among the six specialty sandwiches at Brisas del Caribe, the restaurant's Cuban sandwich is a favorite among customers.
Manager and owner Alberto Brias says the key ingredients are simple.
"We use pork, hot and sweet cheese and ham," he says. "Some people like it with pickles, garlic, onions, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise. We make it simple."
Many of the entrées on the menu are authentic Dominican cuisine with a few Puerto Rican-inspired platters.
Brias says customers keep coming back for the food, but also because of the family-friendly atmosphere.
