Suspect shot man twice after foot chase in BK

FLATBUSH -

A man is accused of shooting another man after chasing him down on the streets in Brooklyn, police say.

The incident happened on Sept. 9 in front of 1283 Rogers Ave. around 3:20 p.m.

Police say the suspect chased a 23-year-old man before shooting him once in the torso and then in the right foot.

The victim was transported to Kings County Hospital where he was listed in critical but stable condition.

Police did not say if the victim had been released from the hospital.

Surveillance video shows the suspect, a man dressed in a black hoodie, black jeans and black sneakers walking down the street prior to the shooting.
