FORT GREENE -

Officers with the 88th Precinct in Brooklyn held a bake sale Thursday to benefit Breast Cancer awareness.

Officers and community members donated baked goods to sell outside of the precinct house in Fort Greene.

It was the sixth year the NYPD hosted the bake sale.

Organizers said all proceeds will go toward the American Cancer Society.

Last year, they raised $2,300. They hoped to double the amount this year.
