The family of a teen who was fatally shot is still looking for answers, nearly three years after his death.
In 2015, 15-year-old Isiah Joseph was shot and killed in broad daylight near East 56th Street and Avenue H .
Neighbors say they heard a dispute outside with a group of men before they heard the shots that ended up killing Joseph and injuring one other person.
There is video footage showing three suspects fleeing the scene.
Joseph’s mother, Nadine Simon, says she is left wondering why nearly three years later justice has not been served for her son.
“He needs justice,” says Simon. “He needs his killer found. Don’t let him die in vain.”
News 12 reached out to police and was told that no arrests have been made in the case.
