Animal experts are warning pet owners to be mindful of what they feed their pets during the Thanksgiving holiday.
Veterinarians say that many Thanksgiving foods are actually harmful to animals.
“There's a lot of fat here and pancreatitis can be triggered by fat,” says Veterinarian Greg Panarello with Crown Veterinary Specialists.
Panarello says that pancreatitis can cause pets to stop eating for several days and cause them to vomit.
