THE BRONX -

Officials say a two-alarm fire damaged a home in the Bronx Saturday.

The FDNY tells News 12 the fire was reported on the top floor of the home at 3007 Colden Ave. around 1:20 a.m. and then spread to the attic.

Some tenants say the fire eventually spread to all floors.

Officials say the outcome could have been much worse since the home is connected to another home. Everyone was able to make it out OK.

Crews say 106 firefighters responded to the scene.

No one was injured in the fire.

Officials say the fire marshal is working to identify the cause of the fire.

The American Red Cross is assisting the tenants, one of which is an elderly woman.
