A man from Southbury who detonated a pipe bomb in Woodbury has been sentenced to 57 months in prison.
Brian Fluman, 34, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a destructive device by a convicted felon back in November.
According to court reports, Fluman detonated a pipe bomb, which he had built, near Upper Grassy Hill Road in June.
Investigators conducted a court-authorized search of Fluman's residence and seized three pipes and a semi-automatic rifle, among other items.
