Comcast is once again thinking about buying 21st Century Fox. The cable giant had already offered more than $60 billion for the company's entertainment assets but was rejected last year in favor of a lower bid from Disney.
Fox had originally expressed concerns that a deal with Comcast could raise antitrust concerns. The deal would add even more cable channels to an already long slate.
The pharmaceutical industry is battling the opioid epidemic. Purdue Pharma LP says it will no longer promote opioids to physicians. The drugmaker that produces OxyContin is cutting its sales force in half and putting an end to representatives visiting doctor offices. The CDC says opioids were associated with 42,000 deaths in 2016.
Sales of orange juice are up for the first time in about five years, as Americans deal with an especially tough flu season. The orange juice market has fallen by about 50 percent since 2001 as diet trends move away from sugary juices. but Americans are willing to risk it if it means fending off one of the worst flu seasons in recent memory.
