White House chief economic advisor Gary Cohn has resigned. Cohn's departure comes after a disagreement with President Donald Trump over his plan to impose tariffs on metal imports. The former president of Goldman Sachs, Cohn is a fierce free-trade advocate.

United Airlines is giving its workers a lesson in customer service. The airline is sending thousands of workers to a four-hour training session to instill the four core values - caring, safe, dependable, efficient. United hopes more compassionate employees will repair the company's image after an incident last year, when a video of a passenger being dragged off of a jet went viral.

Target employees are trading in their khakis for jeans. The company's CEO said last year if store sales increased, workers could wear jeans to work on the weekends. The plan worked, Target in-store sales increased slightly last year, and employees can reap the rewards until the end of 2018.
