Paramedic charged with sexually assaulting patient on ambulance

An FDNY paramedic has been charged with sexually assaulting a patient in his ambulance.

Karel Delgado, is accused of grabbing a 43-year-old woman's breasts and genitalia. The alleged incident happened this past weekend in Delgado's ambulance on East 210th Street.

According to court documents, Delgado forced the woman to give him oral sex and said "Dominican women are hot" as well as vulgarities during the incident.

Delgado is charged with offenses that include sexual abuse and forcible touching.
