Students at the New York Institute for Special Education showed off experiments related to climate change at a science fair on Wednesday afternoon.
Students with visual impairments and emotional challenges displayed wide-ranging science projects including figures made from a 3-D printer and a robot.
Science education is just one purpose of the fair, explained teacher Fay Rahni, “We want to tell them that nothing is impossible. They can achieve everything they want."
