Suspect wanted for robbing, attacking man in Sunset Park

SUNSET PARK -

Police are searching for a man they say robbed a person over in Sunset Park.

Police tell News 12 it all happened at the corner of 44th Street and Fifth Avenue around 9 p.m. Saturday.

News 12 is told the suspect, captured in surveillance video, punched a 51-year-old man in the head, threw him to the ground and took his wallet.

He ran off with $70.

Police say he's described as about five foot 10, and weighing 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark hooded jacket and jeans.
