Legislation looks to boost diversity of state educators

Connecticut's education commissioner hopes legislation will boost the number of minority teachers in the state.
Less than 9 percent of public school teachers are African-American or Latino in Connecticut, while 44 percent of the students are non-white.
The governor's office says he will review the bill in the coming days.
