Treizy Lopez says he helped rob a popular Bridgeport storekeeper -- but he denies charges of murder.
State law says he wouldn't have had to be the gunman to be guilty of the crime.
Now, Lopez's fate rests with the jurors weighing his case. Jurors may be deadlocked on the murder charge and will revisit the issue Thursday morning.
Police say they found Lopez's DNA on the gun allegedly used in the crime. He and Leighton Vanderberg are accused of killing Jose Salgado during a robbery at his grocery store three years ago.
The victim's wife testified that Vanderberg was the one who shot her husband. He has already pleaded guilty and is serving a 40-year prison sentence.
Wednesday was the second day of deliberations. They reviewed evidence and asked the judge several questions.
