Police: Man wanted for stealing man’s cellphone, wallet in Gravesend

GRAVESEND -

Police are asking for the public’s help in tracking down a suspect they say stole from a man in Gravesend.

Police tell News 12 the man took the 28-year-old's Samsung cellphone, credit cards, personal documents and $800 in cash while walking down Village Road South.

News 12 is told the suspect took the victim's belongings after they both left Cave Lounge around 3 a.m. on June 2

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
