FLATLANDS -

Friends and family had their final farewell to a young mother who was struck and killed by a car a few weeks ago.

Sinclair's family gathered at The Purpose of Life Church in Flatlands to pay their respects.

Shayna Sinclair was waiting for a bus with her son on June 12 when a car jumped the sidewalk and struck them.

The incident happened when two cars collided on Remsen and Seaview avenues, causing one vehicle to lose control.
