NYPD: Man wanted for violent robbery in Morrisiana

<p>Police are asking for the public&rsquo;s help in finding a man they say violently robbed a passerby.</p>

Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man they say violently robbed a passerby.
It happened on Tinton Avenue in the early morning of June 24, when police say a man was approached and then punched and robbed.
They say the suspect is still at large.
Surveillance video of the incident shows the victim and the suspect passing each other.
Police say the suspect asked the man for a beer and when the victim refused the man punched him in the chest.
The victim tried resisting and the man punched him several more times before snatching his gold chain and fleeing.
He's described as around 5 feet, 7 inches and was last seen wearing black shorts, glasses and black sneakers.
