Jurors on Wednesday will continue to deliberate the fate of two remaining men charged in the 2015 shooting death of Carey Gabay, an aide to Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

Stanley Elianor and Micah Alleyne still stand trial in the case.

A third defendant, Keith Luncheon, was found not guilty by a jury on Monday. 

Luncheon had been charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.

Kenny Bazile, who was also being tried before a separate jury, was found guilty on a manslaughter charge in Gabay's death. He faces up to 15 years behind bars. His lawyer argued Bazile was defending himself in the shootout against Alleyne, Elianor and Luncheon.

A fifth defendant, Tyshawn Crawford, avoided a possible life sentence by taking a plea deal in exchange for testifying against the other men.

Police say Gabay was caught in the crossfire of the defendants just hours before the West Indian American Day Parade in September 2015.

Luncheon still faces charges in connection with two unrelated cases.
