BROWNSVILLE -

An all-women running group in Brownsville is working to live a healthier lifestyle and set a good example.

"We Run Brownsville" is made up of a group of women who want to help solve health problems like obesity and diabetes in their neighborhood.

They meet twice a week to run laps around the track at Betsey Head Park.

Members of the group say they even take part in 5K races.

They say group members also attend community board meetings and sit in on panels for the community health board.
