NYC Ferry's new Soundview route will begin service on Aug. 15.
Ferries are scheduled to take off from Clason Point Park 22 times a day -- beginning at 6:30 a.m., with the last trip at 9:10 p.m.
The route first stops at East 90th Street on the Upper East Side, then goes to East 34th Street and finishes its run at the Wall Street pier.
A full trip is expected to take about 50 minutes.
Ferry officials say the cost of a ride will be $2.75 -- the same as a single swipe for the subway. There will be concession space on each ferry.
The city is also launching ferry service in the Lower East Side on Aug. 29.
Last month, NYC Ferry welcomed "Ocean Queen Rockstar," the first of six high-capacity vessels to accommodate high ridership.
