Man waved cash, exposed self to 11-year-old girl in the Bronx

A man waved a wad of cash at an 11-year-old girl walking on the sidewalk before exposing himself to her, police say.
The incident happened on July 30, in front of 1540 Longfellow Ave. around 2:30 p.m.
Police say the man was driving a blue-colored Toyota Highlander when he pulled the car alongside an 11-year-old girl.
According to police, the man rolled down the window, waved a wad of cash at the girl and asked her "do you want it?"
Police say the girl walked over to the SUV, and the man exposed himself to her.
The girl walked away, and the man drove off.
The uncle of the victim tells News 12  his niece is doing OK. He says he has been walking her to summer school classes since the incident occurred.
He says he has faith in the police and knows they will find the man responsible.  
Police have released surveillance video of the man and the vehicle he was driving.
