Hundreds of BK residents trained to prevent drug overdoses

More than 700 Brooklyn residents have been trained in overdose prevention.
The training sessions were organized by Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams and the Brooklyn Public Library.
People were trained at 11 library branches and coincided with the distribution of more than 600 Naloxone kits.
Last year 350 Brooklyn residents died from drug overdoses.
