Convicted former priest may have to return to prison

A former Roman Catholic priest dubbed “Monsignor Meth” has failed a drug test and may have return to prison.
Monsignor Kevin Wallin ran a drug ring while he was an active priest.
The Hartford Courant reports he recently tested positive for amphetamine at the facility where he’s been receiving treatment.
Wallin was put on supervised release back in 2016 after serving nearly five years behind bars.
He has failed drug tests before but was given another chance.
