BAY RIDGE -

A father and his daughter were attacked by a group of at least nine people while walking in Brooklyn, police say.

The incident happened on July 29, in front of 370 Bay Ridge Parkway around 4 a.m.

Police say the 48-year-old man and his 24-year-old daughter were approached by the nine suspects who began to argue with them.

The group began to punch and kick the woman and her father, according to police.

Police have released surveillance images of at least three women connected to the group of nine suspects.

The father and daughter were taken to Lutheran Medical Center where the 24-year-old received staples in her head, stiches above her eye and treatment for a broken nose.

The 48-year-old man also received stiches above his lip and was treated for two black eyes.

No arrests have been made and anyone with information is asked to call 1-800-577-TIPS.
