A new study reveals one in two American workers don't get to take a full lunch break.
According to the study, American workers say they are unable to take a full lunch break because it interferes and distracts them from their work.
Those in the study say they felt pressured to finish their work, so taking a lunch was not an option.
The study showed workers who do take a lunch often ate at their desks instead of going out.
The study showed 49 percent of people agreed lunch was a distraction from finishing their work.
Americans ages 18 to 44 say taking a full lunch break is just not realistic.
The study found 68 percent of workers got through the day while snacking at least twice.
