DJ Lee Rock keeps the 1980s alive
News 12 reporter Joanna Hernandez spoke with a DJ who wants to keep the 1980s alive.
Jordan Evans, who goes by the name of DJ Lee Rock used to spin all types of music until he wanted to embrace the 1980s.
The 21-year-old says he doesn't just play music from that era, but all the clothes he wears are from the 1970s or 1980s.
“A lot of older people get happy and speechless when they see me. It's like an energy that you don't see anymore. If you are having a bad day at work and you hear that, it's like, 'Wow, like I haven't seen that since I was like 15,'" he says.
