Heavy rain drenches Brooklyn

Heavy rain fell throughout Brooklyn on Tuesday.
With a gray sky and chilly temperatures all day, there was no doubt that fall is here. As rain came down, umbrellas and hoods went up.
The wind also picked up at times, making walking around outside unpleasant.
Pedestrians dodged puddles, and driver dealt with slick roads. Windshield wipers were in full swing in Brownsville through much of the afternoon.
