The newly created Office of Nightlife is kicking off its first listening tour, making its inaugural stop at the Murmrr Theater in the Union Temple of Brooklyn.
The listening tour, with one stop in each borough, is meant for New Yorkers to air their grievances and offer suggestions on all things related to nightlife.
They include the concerns of business owners, patrons and city residents.
The new office hopes to better connect city agencies to promote a safe and fun nightlife scene.
Ariel Palitz, who has been dubbed the “night mayor,” heads up the office. It was established last fall.
