A huge fire broke out in Cypress Hills Thursday.
Firefighters say they responded just after 5 a.m. and had the two-alarm fire under control by 6 a.m.
The fire burned through the Corner Deli on Ashford Street and Fulton Street. It also affected the families who lived on the two floors above the deli.
The Red Cross tells News 12 that it is helping one family with housing who lived on the second floor.
They say the family on the third floor wants to stay.
It was not immediately clear how the fire started.
