A tattoo shop in Williamsburg is offering breast cancer survivors free tattoos.
The initiative is part of Pink Day, an organization that invites artists and shops across the country to donate their time and talent, towards helping women cover up their scars from breast cancer.
Saved Tattoo and its eight tattoo artists created designs of these women’s choice directly on their bodies to mask the scars from their surgeries.
News 12 spoke to one woman who has been cancer free for two years and says she was so excited to be a part of this event.

There are 15 cities where shops and artists donate their time for this event.
