Prosecutors are investigating a fatal hit-and-run in Newark.
The incident occurred Saturday night at the intersection of Roseville and 2nd avenues.
The victim was taken to the hospital and later was pronounced dead.
Police have not confirmed whether they have the suspect in custody.
