Electric company announces goal to cut out emissions by 2050

NEW YORK -

Electric company Xcel energy says it plans to be emissions-free by 2050. The company's CEO says the goal was set to combat climate change, but acknowledges technical advances will be needed to reach that goal. Xcel serves 3.8 million customers in eight states.

Hulu has reached a major milestone. The streaming services now has 23 million subscribers, according to Hulu's CEO at a Business Insider-hosted event. The CEO also hinted toward an expansion of the platform's live TV options, including the possibility of adding live sports.

Amazon's delivery drones will soon take flight in Finland. The company says a new pilot program will start this coming spring. The program, called Wing, will deliver 3-pound packages within a distance of 6 miles. A similar program was recently tested in Australia.
