The family of a boy who was killed in Bridgeport last month came together to remember him on what would have been his 13th birthday.
A total of 100 green balloons were released outside of Clinton Howell's home on Willow Street in Bridgeport, where a memorial is set up with candles and stuffed animals.
Howell was killed a few feet from his front door a week before Christmas - hit by gunfire meant for someone else.
His brother tells News 12 that he and his family appreciate all the support they have received from the community.
