A Suffolk man accused in a deadly shooting in Amityville was held without bail Wednesday after pleading not guilty to a murder charge.

A Suffolk man accused in a deadly shooting in Amityville was held without bail Wednesday after pleading not guilty to a murder charge.
Mark Cheatham pleaded not guilty to fatally shooting Michael Jackson.
Police say the 39-year-old victim was found unconscious with multiple gunshot wounds Tuesday morning at the corner of Albany Avenue and South Park Place in Amityville.
A motive for the shooting was still unclear.
