Police are searching for the gunman who shot a man Friday morning in East New York.
Officials say the shooting happened around 10:30 a.m. on Livonia Avenue.
News 12 is told the victim was shot numerous times in both legs. He was taken to Brookdale Hospital and is expected to survive.
The shooting was allegedly caught on surveillance video from a nearby business.
News 12 is told the video shows the victim standing on Livonia Avenue when a man in a black hoodies pulls up in a red Hyundai, gets out, walks up to the victim and begins shooting.
The video then shows him run back into the car and drive off.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
