Nassau police say a car wash worker was killed when a vehicle "suddenly accelerated" and pinned him against a wall.

Nassau police say a car wash worker was killed when a vehicle "suddenly accelerated" and pinned him against a wall.
It happened shortly after 8 a.m. Saturday at the Empire Car Wash on Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont.
Police say a male driver pulled up to the rear entrance and attempted to enter when his vehicle suddenly accelerated, striking 53-year-old Eduardo Sosa.
Police say the victim was hospitalized, but later succumbed to his injuries.
No criminality is suspected at this time, according to police.
