The Powerball jackpot has risen up to a whopping $750 million, and at least one person in Brooklyn took home a second-place prize.

The Park Slope Candy Shop on Seventh Avenue sold the $1 million ticket. Residents say the store is a staple in the community, and they're happy it is getting some recognition.

The runner-up draw has those who stop by the shop feeling good about their chances for the next big chance to win Wednesday.
