A full recall has been issued for Fisher-Price's Rock 'N Play Sleepers due to reports of infant deaths.

The recall alert from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says there have been over 30 infant fatalities involving the sleepers since the product's introduction in 2009. The CPSC says the deaths occurred after infants rolled over while unrestrained or under other circumstances.

People who bought the product are advised to stop using it and contact Fisher-Price for a refund or voucher.
