Police: Brooklyn woman dragged to death by subway in Manhattan

Police say a 21-year-old woman who was dragged to death by a subway in Manhattan Saturday is from Brooklyn.

Police say a 21-year-old woman who was dragged to death by a subway in Manhattan Saturday is from Brooklyn.
They tell News 12 they were notified of the incident just after 3 a.m.
Police say Helen McDonald Phalon was on the platform of the 14th Street Union Square station when she got caught by a train leaving the station.
Phalon was dragged under the train to her death. Police say the incident was an accident.
