Waymo picks Detroit facility to build its self-driving cars

Waymo has picked a facility in Detroit to build its self-driving cars. The factory in the Motor City is being remodeled, and the company plans on starting operations over the summer, creating up to 400 jobs. Waymo's Level 4 autonomous vehicles will be able to handle all driving under certain conditions. Waymo, Uber, General Motors and Tesla are all racing to be the first to put their autonomous vehicles available across the country. Tesla CEO Elon Musk said that this week, the company plans to launch one million robo-taxis in 2020.

Coca-Cola wants to be part of your morning routine. The company will release 'Coca-Cola Coffee' in more than 25 markets by the end of the year. The drink will have less caffeine than a cup of coffee, but more than a can of Coke. Coca-Cola tried to push into coffee once before in 2006, but ended up discontinuing the brand. This move is part of a broader trend of shifting away from more sugary drinks.

You can now get your Amazon packages delivered inside of your garage. Amazon Prime members can opt into the 'key for garage' service, letting drivers drop off the packages inside. Users will be able to remotely control garage access through their Amazon app.
