A longtime anti-DWI advocate whose daughter was killed in a 2005 limousine crash is accused of driving while impaired.

Video purportedly shows Neil Flynn, 50, driving his Jaguar into a parked car and speeding off. It happened around 3:30 a.m. on June 9, on East Chester Street in Long Beach. Police say the Lido Beach man was under the influence of alcohol and oxycodone, a medication he takes for back pain.

Police say Flynn tried driving away from the Long Beach crash, but didn't get far because his car was so badly damaged.

A witness says she watched in horror as her neighbors chased down the alleged impaired driver.

No one was injured, according to the police report.

Flynn pleaded not guilty. He's scheduled to be back in court next month.

In 2005, a limousine carrying Flynn's family was involved a crash when the limo was struck head-on by a wrong-way drunk driver. His 7-year-old daughter Katie was killed.

Since then, Flynn and his wife Jennifer have been advocating against drunk driving and have appeared in a televised public service announcement.
