Mugs Alehouse is closing its doors after 27 years of service.
The Williamsburg spot is a popular Brooklyn staple, but the owners are officially preparing to close the business soon.
"We have a lot of personal workload behind this,” the owners said. “The way we ran it was always … so hands-on that it's impossible for us to just keep up with … everyday life and running this place."
After announcing the closing on Twitter, the business received support from the community, including many who have supported the alehouse for decades.
The owners say that they hope the next business that takes over the space will become a long-lasting community staple, just like theirs was.
Before closing, the Mugs will be throwing it back to the 90s, offering their original beer lineup prices from 1992.
Mugs will officially close its doors on Saturday night.
