Insurer Devoted Health to subsidize Apple Watch for its members

Startup insurer Devoted Health will subsidize an Apple Watch for its members as a fitness benefit. The subsidy will knock up to $150 off the cost of an Apple Watch. Apple has recently been marketing its wearable as a wellness device, particularly by integrating various health monitoring features.

Pilots for Southwest Airlines are suing Boeing over the 737 Max. The pilots union alleges that Boeing rushed the Max to production to stay competitive without releasing key information about features that ultimately led to two deadly crashes. The suit comes as Boeing strives to return the Max to service. Southwest is the largest operator of the Max.

Hikvision is hitting the U.S. blacklist. The video surveillance camera maker is one of 28 entities now unable to buy components from U.S. companies without government approval. The decision drew a sharp rebuke from Beijing.
